Insurance policies include:

  • Public & Products Liability Insurance Limit – $20,000,000

Essential for selling your work through retailers, online platforms, galleries, and markets, the Public Liability aspect of this policy will defend any claims where another party claims against you for bodily injury or property damage caused by a negligent act on your part. At the same time, the Products Liability section covers bodily injury or property damage caused by a fault in the product(s) you have made.

  • Professional Indemnity Cover Limit — $5,000,000

Cover you to teach unlimited numbers of adult workshops and up to 12 workshops for children per year.

  • Goods in Care, Custody or Control Limit – $100,000

Where you have other people’s goods in your control, or if you lose or damage this property, you may be held responsible for the cost of replacement or repair. Please note that this does not cover you for the loss or damage of your own goods.

  • Personal Accident Insurance

Providing income replacement in the event that you injure yourself in the course of your craft practice.
