Join assistant director of IP Australia Lachlan Freemantle for the second of two special Victorian Law Week edition Advice Clinics.

This second session will introduce the role of IP Australia and the registration process for designs and trademarks.

Lachlan Freemantle is the Assistant Director of IP Australia, the Australian Government agency that administers intellectual property (IP) rights and legislation for patents, trade marks, design rights and plant breeder's rights (PBR). Lachlan has been working in Intellectual Property for over 20 years and is a trade mark and design specialist. He currently works as a Principal Examiner at IP Australia and manages a team of Designs examiners. Lachlan has previously work at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and is a registered Trade Mark Attorney.
