Angelica Zumpo is a gold and silversmithing artist and recent Bachelor of Fine Art (honours) graduate from RMIT. Her work, rooted in memory and imagination, blends traditional gold and silversmithing techniques with contemporary ideas. Her recent series, "deleted scenes from forgotten dreams: don't forget to remember me", explores themes of love, memory, and the feeling of being cared for, inspired by her connection with family. It reflects her fear of losing meaningful memories and the idea that home is not a place but rather a feeling of being loved. Her art invites viewers to reflect on their own memories and emotions.
