Eliza Tiernan (she/her) is the Curatorial and Exhibitions Manager of Craft Victoria.
Eliza's curatorial practice is grounded in a respect for contemporary material practice and the power of creative storytelling, with over a decade of industry experience. In her role as the Curatorial and Exhibitions Manager at Craft, she works closely with artists and makers to develop and deliver thoughtful, ambitious programming that invites curiosity, embraces diverse perspectives, and supports creative risk-taking. She is also part of an independent curatorial partnership focused on craft and design-led exhibitions.
Eliza holds a Bachelor of Arts, Masters in Arts and Cultural Management, and a Diploma of Languages (French) from the University of Melbourne and was recipient of the Gordon Darling International Travel Grant in 2023.
