Tab Sejoe is a Melbourne-based designer, textile design student, screen-print lover, original illustrator and once-upon a time an old-school photographer. Her history with visual arts and image making goes much further, starting with a degree in photography almost 20 years ago and a creative practice that now includes illustration and design, across paper and textiles. Having run a design label Feather & Spear, Tab was able to bring together all her creative worlds into one, infused with influences from both her native Botswana and Australian upbringing. Tab’s recent deep dive into textiles and a return to study has allowed her the freedom to explore new themes and techniques and enrich her overall creative practice.
