Procrastination is a complex psychological activity and feels different for everyone. There are diverse reasons why a person may procrastinate and the associated emotions this state brings.

This project makes the procrastinator the protagonist, by demonstrating feelings and activities of procrastination in a visualized form. Carol creates wearable, functional sculptures from waste produced by the fashion industry, the pieces also exist independently as an 'activity sculpture'.

Whilst this project aims to express and amplify the feelings of procrastination in a humorous way, it also brings additional supports to the wearer to encourage their procrastination.

Carol’s work from this project will be on display in Manningham Council's window exhibition space, located in the foyer of the Civic Centre building.
