This exhibition showcases the PhD research of Claire McArdle. Her work explores making in a jewellery context through methods and performance. Interviews provided insight into local contemporary jewellery making which informed the creation of performative works. Methods of play were investigated, particularly through a disruptive device. Three distinct bodies of work are presented together for the first time in this exhibition, PLY, WALK and HOLD.
