Amanda Dziedzic is a Melbourne-based glass artist working from her own studio, HotHaus, in Heidelberg West. Amanda is known for her love of colour, and is best recognised for her Yumemirus and Colourscape series. Amanda has completed a two-year traineeship at JamFactory, Adelaide, a research residency in Tokyo, Japan, a studio placement in the UK, and has participated in the Pilchuck Glass School, Seattle. Amanda recently completed a residency at Northlands Glass in Scotland.
Her production work revolves around working in a team, and in addition to her own practice, she makes works for other artists, designers and makers, such as homewares and lighting.
