Join art lawyer Alana Kushir of Guest Work Agency for part one of a special two-part Victorian Law Week edition Advice Clinic.

Alana Kushnir is an art lawyer and advisor based in Melbourne. She is the Founder and Director of Guest Work Agency, Australia’s first dedicated art law and advisory practice. She is also the Principal Investigator of the Serpentine Legal Lab, which explores how the law can better support collaborations across art, science and technology, a Board Director of the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA), an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Art, and a member of the Art, Cultural Institutions and Heritage Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
